18,655 FSOFTers successfully complete the “AI-Augmented Engineer” program, exceeding the 2025 target
Launched on August 25, 2025, with the objective of realizing FPT Software’s “AI-First” strategy and building an engineering workforce that meets international standards, the AI-Augmented Engineer Program was rolled out over more than three months to over 28,000 employees across the Production Division.
From the very beginning, the message shared by Mr. Nguyễn Quốc Đông – Chief Digital Officer of FPT Software served as the guiding principle for the entire program: “AI is no longer an option; it is a mandatory capability that enables us to break productivity barriers, build sustainable competitive advantages, and prepare for new delivery models.” This message clearly set expectations for every FSOFT engineer to take ownership of learning, master AI, and turn technology into real value in daily work.
Two Milestones – One Persistent Journey
Milestone 1 (August 25 – October 15, 2025)
Milestone 1 recorded 15,446 learners completing the program, establishing a solid foundation for the AI-First journey. Notably, 100% of FSUs achieved a completion rate above 50%, reflecting strong learning discipline and unified efforts across the Production Division.
Milestone 2 (October 16 – November 30, 2025)
Building on the momentum of Milestone 1, FSOFTERS continued to accelerate by applying and refining AI skills in real-world work scenarios. The spirit of proactive learning and daily improvement remained strong, helping the organization reach its shared goal with speed and impressive results.
On November 30, 2025, the program officially concluded with 18,655 learners completing the journey, achieving 101% of the 2025 target. These results represent more than numbers, they are clear evidence of the proactive and disciplined learning mindset demonstrated by Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers. They affirm a strong foundation for an AI-First engineering workforce ready to take on global projects with high competitiveness.

Participants who have not yet completed the program are continuing their learning journey with the support of the Organizing Committee. Looking ahead to 2026, FSOFT engineers will continue to strengthen their capabilities through strategic training programs designed to develop the critical knowledge and skills required in the AI era.
