During the discussion, FAM representative – Mr. Rammy emphasized FPT’s role as a trusted partner in delivering scalable AI solutions. Given a speech, he shared a representative use-case involving an AI-driven solution developed for a Canadian aviation partner, participating in optimizing customer experience.
He also noted that the most significant challenge for enterprises today is not experimenting with GenAI, but rather scaling and operationalizing these based on real data, real customers, and real business processes. In this speech, he reaffirmed: “FAM’s expertise and capabilities will support our partners to make a tangible difference.”

In addition, FAM representatives directly showcased its comprehensive AI ecosystem, offering participants deeper insight into FPT’s technological capabilities.
