2022 vacation mode on for FSOFTers

In 2022, the time frame for FSOFTers can enjoy our holidays is 6 months, from April 16 to October 15. FSOFTerswill continues to receive the seniority-based vacation policy with the condition that you go on a group vacation (from 5 FSOFTers or more) to enjoy the benefits of the policy. Group vacations help create cohesion among members, promote team spirit, and build strong teams.

Regulations on the vacation support policy apply to FSOFTers who are recruited or re-hired by the company or FSOFT’s member units before January 1, 2022, with a fixed-term labor contract and a labor contract or an indefinite-term one.

Accordingly:

  • Employees with less than 1 year of seniority will receive 1 million VND.
  • Employees with 1 to less than 3 years of seniority will receive 3 million VND and 1 day off.
  • Employees with more than 3 years of seniority will receive 6 million VND and 3 days off.

(Seniority is calculated from the date the FSOFTer was recruited or re-hired until May 1, 2022)

In cases where it is not possible to arrange a group vacation due to work reasons and is confirmed by the unit’s human resources manager or where employees are on maternity leave or long-term sick leave during the vacation, the employees will be entitled to 100% of the money for the year’s vacation. Employees under these cases will be paid after completing the submission of information on FHU as required.

Group vacations help to strengthen the spirit of the team.

During the vacation period from April 16 to October 15, the management staff of the departments is responsible for reviewing and arranging an appropriate working schedule so that FSOFTers can enjoy the standard policy. The vacation allowance will be paid by the company in the salary period after the vacation, which can start from May 2022. This is a taxable income according to the current regulations of the country.

With the centralized vacation, the groups need to register the plan on FHU, including the following information: accounts and departments of the employees who are on vacation together; time and place of vacation; means of transportation and service providers (if any); the name of the leader of the group. Employees who are on vacation also need to enter the leave form on TMS2 from April 16 to October 15.

After going on vacation, the group leader needs to submit to FHU one or more information confirming the group vacation such as travel contract, transportation ticket stub, boarding pass or online check-in confirmation ( if traveling by plane), booking confirmation, group photos at the resort, etc.

SSC will send an email informing each employee about the vacation mode, with instructions to go to FHU to check the policy and find answers to various questions via the Q&A section of the tool.

This policy does not apply to employees who are sent on long-term business trips abroad, employees  who take leave without pay continuously for 15 days or more or have their labor contracts suspended by the company/member companies during the period from April 16 to October 15, employees of FPT Digital Processing Services Co., Ltd (DPS), FUNiX Online Training Unit, SBI FPT Co., Ltd., FPT Smart Technologies (FST) and FSOFT’s subsidiaries abroad.
