“20K Certificates” aims to win more valuable certificates and Udacity certificates in 2023

In 2023, the “20K Certificates” program launched by FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha and implemented by the CTC Training Center is aimed at winning more Professional certificates, including prestigious certificates and Udacity certificates. The program is expected to reach additional 12.000 professional certificates. Strategic certificates like Cloud & Data, Lowcode, AI, Automation, SAP HANA and the certificates in regard to Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, etc., are expected to account for 70%.

To achieve the goal, FSOFT purchases courses on Udacity with 3.400 accounts (additional 1.000 accounts over 2022) and is expected to reach 3.700 accounts in 2024. Each NanoDegree program on Udacity costs $1.500 – 3.000/course. Supported by leaders and especially FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha, CTC continues to build new policies and learning programs to bring FSOFTers favorable conditions, specifically:

The extended support policy on certification exams: Employees who sign labor contracts are paid for exam fees, including all international certification exams. In terms of the certificates in the special certificate list, CTC does not limit the number of certification exams taken by each employee in a year. For the certificates not in the list of special certificates, CTC pays for the exam fee with a maximum of 2 certificates/employee/year. Both groups are supported 100% of the exam fee if employees pass the exam and 50% in case of failure, the support is up to VND 20 million/certificate. Once receiving support, employees must be committed to working in the company for 6-12 months in accordance with FSOFT’s training regulations.

FSOFTers are also supported for the certification exam preparation through the FSOFT Mentorship platform and the sharing sessions to get more useful information about exams, participation in certification campaigns to get more motivation for learning.

In early 2023, Ms. Ha expected each FSOFTer should win at least 1 international certificate, enhancing the quality of work and contributing to FSOFT’s goal “World-class company”, demonstrated by world-class personnel (those who have professional certificates).
