5 AM FAST TRACK faces of FJP TR
After many rounds of selection with strict criteria, FJP has selected typical AM faces from 12 candidates to participate in this special training program.
Last Saturday, FJP’s Board of Directors had an interview and exchange with 12 AMs participating in the program. The candidates all demonstrated the spirit of volunteering, outstanding personality and qualities to become Sales Head. Accordingly, the 5 selected AMs are Pham Nguyen Khang; Pham Hai Dang, Kyowa Yui san, Nguyen Thu Van and Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh.
In this morning’s Chorei session of the unit, CRO FJP Nguyen Hoang Linh took the time to introduce these special faces.
The AM Fast track program has been implemented by FJP since 2011 to strengthen the capacity of the AM team. Accordingly, each year the company will select the best 5 AMs to train with a team of mentors who are the FJP Board of Directors including FJP President Tran Dang Hoa, FJP General Director Nguyen Viet Vuong, new CRO FJP Nguyen Hoang Linh, Director of GAM Nguyen Duc Kinh and Director of FCJ Nguyen Huu Long.
With this program, BOD FJP will “accompany” AMs to support and share experiences. At the same time, AM will also participate in specialized training courses to make progress in their careers.
FJP’s leadership believes that FAST TRACK will be one of the programs to “cover” what is lacking in the Sales segment of FJP. More importantly, the program will help AM/Sales FJP have the opportunity to develop.
