Deploy BO Rating offline in all 3 regions

The BO Rating program – Quickly assess the satisfaction of employees about the services of the Back Office departments will be implemented in 2 forms Offline (evaluated by Tablet at the door of the office of BO departments) and Online (evaluate on Header email notifications from ePayment, ePurchase and Uservice tool systems). The offline form will be implemented at the FSOFT HCM site from July 1 while Hanoi and Da Nang from July 8.

The F-Town 1 and F-Town 3 buildings of FSOFT HCM will be equipped with Tablet devices at the office doors of the AF (Accounting), SSC and IT Help Desk departments. After receiving direct support, employees can conduct a quick assessment of service quality at the door of the office of the BO departments mentioned above.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Cuong (FHO iDX) – in charge of implementing the BO Rating offline program shared: “The BO Rating program is looking forward to receiving the support and substantive evaluations from FSOFT staff to be able to reach the big goal. This is bringing the best internal working environment to FSOFT people. The program is very hopeful that BO Rating will open a new concept and form of survey assessment at FSOFT that can reach many people, many objects and is highly convenient, concise, modern and vivid.

According to the plan, after implementing offline at FSOFT HCM, BO Rating will continue to implement the same offline assessment form at FSOFT Hanoi and FSOFT Da Nang from July 8. The online assessment form on the email header of the tools will also be go-live from July 15 to 31 for ePayment, ePurchase and uService tools.
