In 2022, FSOFT were proudly honored with the prestigious “Best Workplaces in Asia 2022″ award, as announced by Great Place To Work®. Prior to this, FSOFT were the sole Vietnamese company among the “Top 10 Best Workplaces” during the inaugural year of Fortune Great Place to Work assessments in Vietnam, as the other 9 were foreign-invested firms.

According to the Great Place To Work®’s survey, 89% of FSOFT employees participating in this survey spoke highly of the level of engagement and with the company’s culture. This achievement reflects FSOFT’s efforts and investments in cultivating a diverse, inclusive, and integrated work experience, empowering employees to achieve a healthy work-life blend while prioritizing their physical and mental well-being. To create an ideal working environment that attracts and supports the global workforce, FSOFT continuously invest in and expand their campus system across Vietnam. Boasting 8 distinctive campuses in Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City, each with their own unique regional flair, FSOFT offer much more than just an office space.

In addition to top-notch infrastructure, these campuses boast a rich tapestry of amenities such as canteens, cafes, grocery stores, golf courses, football fields, gyms, reading rooms, swimming pools, maternity/medical rooms, breastfeeding rooms for pregnant women, and hair salons. Le Tuan Tu (SSC.HL) and Bui Thi Kim Van (FHO.FID) have been working at Hola Park for 10 years. Both of their children, affectionately known as “FSOFT Small”, have accompanied their parents to Hola Park for the daycare program since their early days. For the couple, working at Hola Park provides an opportunity to be closer to their children. “The happiest thing for me working here is being able to accompany my children during their earliest years. Both kids have been with us to work, and we are very reassured by the dedicated care from the Hola Park daycare teachers,” Ms. Van shared.

Moving to F-Town, the Signature Park Lounge stands out as a premier facility, a true hallmark of the FSOFT HCM site. Powered by cutting-edge FSOFT technologies like digital seat management screens, pre-booking systems, akaFace, UTOP, and even robots, this lounge offers high-performing team members a truly distinctive experience with F&B services, entertainment, and health care options.

Similarly, F-Complex, with its innovative circular architecture, embodies the “all in one” philosophy. Inside, a delightful array of over 10 restaurants awaits, offering not only local Danang specialties but also a global culinary adventure, creating a truly diverse and delectable landscape.

Delving into the lives of colleagues across sites, units, and projects, FSOFTers experience a series of exciting events through programs like Happy Time, Happy Tour, and Happy Break to connect employees across locations, departments, and projects. For example, at Hola Park, employees can participate in candle-making workshops, painting classes, flower arrangement sessions, and even Tarot card readings during the Happy Time series. Every quarter, employees immerse themselves in the festival atmosphere at the Weekly Market, enjoying traditional Vietnamese cuisine while celebrating with famous singers and dance groups. This spirit of cultural celebration extends to our Danang and Ho Chi Minh City offices, ensuring all FSOFTers feel embraced and valued.

In addition, a thriving network of employee-led clubs that cater to diverse interests such as Music Club, Martial Arts Club, Yoga Club, and Foreign Language Club etc. flourishes across campuses. Serving as a meeting point for like-minded souls, these clubs connect FSOFTers of all ages and nationalities, creating a global and diverse tapestry within FSOFT.

One prime example is Laurence (FHN.BA), the son-in-law in a Vietnamese family, who has always aspired to speak Vietnamese fluently. The establishment of a Vietnamese Club specifically for foreign employees provides a convenient opportunity for Laurence to learn and showcase his Vietnamese with his spouse’s family. Laurence can now communicate basics with Vietnamese colleagues and sing Vietnamese songs. During a unit’s summary party, Laurence and his foreign friends confidently performed the folk song “Bèo dạt mây trôi”, leaving many Vietnamese FSOFTers in awe.

Notably, since 2022, events dedicated to foreign employees have significantly increased, becoming more vibrant to further promote diversity and inclusion within FSOFT. Impressive events for foreign FSOFTers include the Mid-Autumn Festival, Diwali celebration, or immersive trips to famous Vietnamese landmarks across the country. These experiences allow international FSOFTers to explore Vietnamese culture, foster love for the country, and strengthen their bonds with the land and their colleagues.

Auguste Dalby (FHN.TCS), who hails from Haiti, initially found it challenging to make friends at FSOFT. However, through these events, Dalby has connected with colleagues from various countries, gained valuable insights into Vietnamese culture, and developed a strong sense of belonging within the FSOFT family. After participating in the Dream Journey to Yen Bai in mid-2023, Dalby enthusiastically shared: “This is the first time I’ have traveled with Vietnamese and foreign colleagues, exploring the delicious specialties of the highlands. I truly hope there will be more trips like this in the future!”.

In 2023, FSOFT made a mark with large-scale events like Happy Giga Run, which took place in 35 cities across 28 countries and territories, uniting the global F-family in the spirit of sports and camaraderie and spreading the happy footsteps worldwide. Additionally, IT FEST, a unique blend of technology and music, debuted at Hola Park, offering a memorable experience for FSOFTers and thousands of university students. FSOFT also kicked off the new year with VUI FEST, a high-energy music festival that filled everyone with joy and optimism for the year ahead.

For many years, FSOFTers have collectively composed a beautiful symphony of “Happy Workplace”, filled with diverse experiences and rich memories. As the company celebrates the 25th anniversary, FSOFT are committed to unveiling even more captivating programs that will inspire employees to love, be proud of, and continue their careers at FSOFT. These initiatives will act as a magnet, attracting and nurturing top talent, supporting in achieving the ambitious 5 GIGA goals, and propelling FSOFT towards becoming a world-class company.
