Employer Brand workshop series empowers recruitment brand FSOFT

In order to open up opportunities to access young human resources, at the same time connect internal members, and create a professional company image through the interpretation of the Employer Brand, the “FPT Software Employer Brand” workshop will bring essential information to the recruitment of employees. The event was held offline in Hanoi on the afternoon of July 21 at FPT Tower and the morning of July 22 at FSOFT Campus Hoa Lac.

“FPT Software Employer Brand” Workshop is a kick-off event in FSOFT’s EB series in 2022, with the participants being all Interviewers, RECers and resource-related staff.

Speaker Nguyen Hoang Ly (FWA.FRB) will be the host of the “Pre-post Workshop: FPT Software Employer Brand”, which opens up many new issues as well as goes deeper into:

  • The importance of the workshop and why it is a mandatory training course for staff working in resource-related fields
  • Difference between Employer Brand, Employer Branding & Employee Value Proposition (EVP)Employer Brand workshop series empowers recruitment brand FSOFT
  • The role of Employer Brand with FSOFT and methods to build a great employer brand in the IT market

Speaker Nguyen Hoang Ly graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from RMIT University, has more than 10 years of experience in branding with target groups of B2C and B2B. At the same time, Ms. Ly is also one of the key PMs participating in the journey of building and promoting the recruitment brand of FSOFT. The project has made a significant contribution to helping FSOFT become the first member company to have its own “Brand Manual” after 10 years of joint use with FPT Corporation.
