EVP Workshop: Start with Manager

“EVP Workshop: Start with Manager” has been recently organized by the Workforce Assurance Department FWA at Hola Park. The event is aimed at introducing EVP (Employee Value Proposition and practical activities exclusively for FSOFT) to recruitment and communication managers – FSOFT’s brand ambassadors.

The sharing session had the attendance of two speakers from Universum’s Advisory Board, including Asia-Pacific Managing Director Mike Parsons; Head of Asia-Pacific Consulting and Activation Services Kerstin Tschernigg. These two experts have collaborated with FSOFT’s EVP Project Board to identify FSOFT’s core values.

At the workshop, more than 40 managers, communication and recruitment specialists listened to the analysis of the IT recruitment market, the best practices of the companies in the same industry, the activities on building and spreading FSOFT’s personnel value in the market in alignment with the tagline “Start with you”.

Notably, FSOFT has formed its own core values with unanimous recognition from the Board of Directors, employees, potential candidates. The values are based on the common foundations for running business activities and maintaining resources: “Respect ”, “Creativity” and “Competitive Income Package”. By combining these common foundations with FPT’s cultural identity, FSOFT has been developing a friendly and fun work environment with unique activities launched by the Youth Union, bringing FSOFTers memorable moments, in alignment with the value mentioned in the sharing session: “Fun and friendly work environment”.

With solid foundations built by the above 4 values, FSOFTers keep learning at work, during project implementation, or participation in the “Mentor-Mentee” program to accumulate lessons learned from the seniors. As a result, FSOFTers have developed and reached great success in international markets, lifting FSOFT’s brand on the world’s technology map, bringing FSOFT millions of dollars in annual revenue. Aiming to enhance accomplishments, the Board of Directors and employees set challenging and purposeful missions to incubate happiness globally. Those values make FSOFT outstanding in the IT market: “Learn & Grow”, “Global success” and “Challenging & purposeful mission”.

As the recruitment market is encountering a wide range of difficulties, Retention is the most crucial factor. Therefore, EVP values are essential for FSOFT to attract more talents. “Each FSOFTer is an ambassador spreading values”, emphasized the speakers.

On behalf of the EVP Project Board, CHRO Nguyen Tuan Minh shared his personal stories on the HR journey. He affirmed: “EVP comes from the values that FSOFT is pursuing and building every day. The phase of identifying EVP closes, opening the journey for each FSOFTer to strongly spread FSOFT’s different values to the market, building the FSOFT Employer Brand, attracting more talents and bringing significant business growth”.
