FHN creates “Talent PM” club

In order to build a talented Project Management force that is always ready for great opportunities and challenges in the near future and, strengthen project management and leadership skills, and expand teams’ network, FHN created the Talent PM Club with 26 veteran members whose rich in “combat” experience and excellent ability in project management activities.

Last week, the club was officially kicked-off with the direct participation of the Board of Directors of FHN. Joining the club, PMs will be able to participate in workshops by BOD and veteran managers in FHN.BOM on hot topics such as Big Battle; Critical Thinking – Horenso – Global Delivery Model, Customer Engagement, Employee Motivation, Finance, and Human Resource. In addition, PMs will be able to join Udacity courses to improve themselves, as well as participate in CTC courses and take international certifications in Project Management.

Talent PM Club has the participation of 26 familiar PMsSharing at the kick-off, Mr. Chu Canh Chieu – ViceFSUL, emphasized, “At FSOFT/FHN, the project is considered as an important nucleus, deciding the development of the company and FSU. And in each project, the PM is the most important person. Currently, FHN is growing and developing strongly, so there is a need for people who are willing to accept new opportunities, lead new projects, and train the next manager force for the unit. That is the reason why Talent PM Club was born.”

Participating in as a sponsor for the Talent PM Club, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien – HRBP Manager of FHN, also affirmed that she will always be ready to accompany Talent PM Club, ready to listen, understand and share problems with fellow PMs and help them solve problems.

As one of the veteran managers experienced in project management, Ms. Phan Thi Vi Ba – BUL FHN.DNA, decided to participate as a mentor. She shared that “There is a saying ‘Traders often trade as a group’. Then, our PMs had only been operating in their own BU, and there was not a ‘community’ for them. Fortunately, PMs now have a common playground of their own. I hope we will join this club with all of our enthusiasm and join hands to build a strong PM community!”

During the kick-off session, Talent PM members also discussed the desired content to be shared in the near future, scheduled activities for the club and committed to develop together to reap the best achievements in 2022.
