100% of employees encouraged to submit online application for FPT Care insurance

So far, most of FSOFTers from level 1 to 4 are sending in hard copies of their application for FPT Care insurance to SSC for processing. In order to save time for both parties and reduce the steps of transporting and storing documents, FSOFT encourages employees from level 1 to 4 to send their documents online directly to the insurance agency via email or the mobile app.

Specifically, submitting documents online not only eliminates the hurdle of preparing hard copies to send to SSC, but also shortens the time it takes for the applications to be processed by the insurance agency. That is because, according to regulations, SSC only supports sending documents to the insurance agency once a week.

All applications submitted online should include the following information on the invoice/document:

  • Purchaser: “Post and Telecommunication Joint Stock Insurance Corporation”
  • Full name: Employee’s name
  • Address: Employee’s address
  • Tax code: Leave blank

“I bought FPT Care insurance for my whole family, including my parents and son, so I often send insurance claims. By submitting the claim files 100% online, I think I will be able to skip the sending of a hard copies to SSC, which is convenient for users. However, I’m a bit lazy having to scan the documents… But if I send a hard copy to SSC, I will not be able to keep the hard copy for review because for children, we often have to review their previous medical records when they are to go to the doctor. Therefore, submitting the application online will allow me to review the medical records of my loved ones when I need to compare and review them,” shared Pham Dieu Quynh (FJP).
