FPT Complex Building Da Nang deploys motorbike check-in using employee card

From April 1, 2022, instead of using motorbike cards and tickets as before, FSOFTers in Danang can check in their motorbikes using employee cards. The system records employee card data and automatically recognizes license plates to control motorbikes entering/exiting FPT Complex.

FSOFTers need to wear an employee card before entering/exiting the gate so that the check-in/check-out is quick and convenient, which helps reduce congestion.

The check-in for motorbikes at the East Gate (FPT Complex) is done as follows:

– For employees with an employee card: Swipe your employee card to check in your motorbike

– For employees who forget their card/haven’t got an employee card: Receive the bus card from the security guard and swipe it at the check-in.

Note: Guest card is only used to control motorbikes in/out and it is not a substitute to use for entering/exiting from inside the office.

In case FSOFTers ride a motorbike shared with someone else or do NOT ride a motorbike, they can only check in with myFPT. DO NOT swipe the employee card to check in at the gate to avoid the check-in/out warning error.

FSOFTers can check in and check out the same motorbike with the same employee card. To limit swiping myFPT many times a day in case of traveling by car or walking in/out the main gate in the middle of the day, FSOFTers need to wear a regular ID card to guarantee identity recognition.
