FPT Japan is recognized by Great Place to Work® as one of the great workplaces in Japan

Great Place to Work – Fortune’s Global Authority on Workplace Culture recognizes FPT Japan (FJP) as one of the great workplaces in the land of the rising sun. FJP has become the first Oversea Branch of FSOFT to receive this prestigious certification.

On September 1, Great Place to Work® Japan (GPTW Japan) announced the list of companies which are recognized as the great workplace. Accordingly, FJP was honored in this list with a scale of more than 1,000 employees. This is the first step for FJP to have the opportunity to enter the list of “Best Workplace” published by Fortune every year.

The certification of FJP is recognized by GPTW Japan based on the results of a survey of about 600 FJP employees selected at random in July. According to the survey of GPTW Japan showed that FJP had the highest rate voted by employees (over 84%) in three factors such as Friendly leadership is willing to talk to employees; The company has a suitable career path to train for each individual; Employees feel safe, equal and proud when working at the company.
