FSG builds business process system for MUTB bank with more than 15,000 users

The project uses salesforce to build a business workflow for Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking (MUTB) – Japan’s second-largest bank with complex operations including 1,500 different Application forms in a very short time.
The project scale is about USD 1 million by 3 parties including FSG as the main coordinator, FCJ supporting the management, and FHN.FLT as Offshore. Accordingly, FPT works from the requirement to production stage, starting from July 2020 and going to production on December 25, 2020, then version up other important functions at the end of March 2021.
The onsite team is from 7 to 10 people while the offshore side at the peak stage is up to 20 people. The project runs on the Agile + Water fall hybrid model with a dense release frequency (2 times a week), so the team’s workload is a lot.
According to Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong (FSG), the challenge for FPT is that this “full-lifecycle” problem is done directly with the End-user company. In particular, the project is made from requirements but the project team has a very short time. In addition, Salesforce is an FJP array that does not have many resources available, so the early stages face a lot of challenges.
With great efforts and flexibility, the project was released on time with good quality in actual implementation that is very proud of both FPT and the client’s project team.
The project is also posted on the Salesforce homepage. MUTB customers said that by using Salesforce, the digitization of about 1,500 forms was completed by the end of 2020. As of the end of March 2021, about 9,000 people had started using the system. Currently, this number continues to increase to 15,000 users.
