FSOFT continues to grant Udemy learning accounts to employees until 2025

On April 1, FSOFT and Udemy officially signed a cooperation agreement for the next 3 years, from April 1, 2022 to April 1, 2025. Accordingly, each year Udemy will provide online learning accounts on the Udemy for Business platform to at least 20,000 FSOFTers.

Specifically, in 2022, FSOFT implements a plan to gradually increase the number of accounts used quarterly as follows: 6,000 accounts in April, another 6,000 accounts in July, another 4,000 accounts in October and added 4,000 accounts in January 2023.

Currently, all accounts studying on the company’s Udemy for the Business platform will continue to be accessed until the end of April 7, 2022. After this time, students who are studying Enrich skills to succeed, Global SE, PMP/PMI-ACP exam preparation and FSOFTers with the highest study history in the week of March 21-28 will be extended for another year, continue to connect and study until April 1, 2023. Other accounts will be temporarily disconnected and all learning data will be preserved for continued use when the account is opened to connect to the system.

In order to meet the increasing learning needs of employees, FSOFT has negotiated the number of accounts to reach 20,000. However, the account grant will be allocated according to priority levels such as participating in training programs from the company level, unit level, and completing individual learning goals.

In order for the learning to be effective, FSOFT expects all employees to cooperate in using the account. Specifically, FSOFTer only registers for an account when there is a detailed study plan and can start learning right away. Specific registration instructions will be sent to employees by CTC in the near future.

From April 2021, FSOFT cooperates with Udemy to provide an online learning platform for all employees. With the Udemy for Business program, FSOFTer will have access to more than 4,500+ courses on different topics to be proactive in your personal development plan and participate in training programs organized by the company.
