FSOFT launches a new reward system called “GIGA Awards” at the company level

From October 20, FSOFT issued a new emulation and reward system called GIGA Awards.

In 2023, FSOFT CEO Pham Minh Tuan underscored FSOFT’s ambitious series of five billion-dollar goals, aptly named “5G” (5 GIGA). The term “GIGA,” derived from the Greek word meaning “giant,” serves as a prefix immediately preceding an international unit of measurement, signifying a magnitude one billion times larger.

In alignment with this overarching objective, and with the aim of swiftly acknowledging and bolstering motivation for individuals and groups contributing to FSOFT’s pursuit of the 5G goal, HRPR introduced a new recognition system as of October 20, 2023. This comprehensive accolade system, named the GIGA Awards, seeks to honor outstanding achievements across various sectors.

Within the Business sector, the distinguished title of “GIGA Hunter” will be bestowed upon sales teams or individuals who secure the most significant contracts for FSOFT. The Production sector will see the recognition of “GIGA Warrior,” reserved for collectives or individuals successfully executing large and challenging projects for FSOFT. The Technology segment introduces the title “GIGA Transformer,” awarded to technology projects or experts leading FSOFT’s digital transformation process. In the Operations block, “GIGA Maker” will honor projects or individuals with noteworthy accomplishments in production support activities. Lastly, the “GIGA Inspirer” award in the Culture category recognizes projects or individuals who inspire others about FSOFT’s culture.

Each “GIGA” title mentioned above features three levels of recognition: Gold, Silver, and Bronze, with corresponding cash values ranging from $300 to $1,500 based on the level of achievement. Awards may be presented either internationally or domestically.
