FSOFT Platinum Club 2022 welcomes 777 members with special benefits
In 2022, FSOFT will honor 777 outstanding individuals in Platinum Club. The company will offer benefits packages for members of the Platinum Club such as health monitoring watches, Accor Plus cards, and FPT Care insurance packages for their family members.
Entering its 5th year, the Platinum Club continues to be a program that helps FSOFTers maintain and promote their enthusiastic working spirit and achieve more success in their career at FSOFT.
In 2022, Platinum Club gathers 329 FSOFTers working in Hanoi, 177 FSOFTer working in Da Nang – Quy Nhon, 254 FSOFTer working in Ho Chi Minh City – Can Tho, and 15 FSOFTer from OBs. These members will be able to choose 1 from 3 gift packages namely a Garmin Health smartwatch, Accor Plus membership card, or an FPT Care health insurance card for 01 relative. (Benefit selection letter will be sent by HR to each member of the Platinum Club)
Specifically, Garmin Health watches can support tracking and statistics of personal health data, sports activities with features of measuring health and fitness indicators, GPS positioning, accident detection, listening to music, devices pairing, and so on. The employees can choose their favorite clock color from the list.
The Accor Plus card offers privileges to use preferential services from travel experiences, food and lifestyle programs in 20 countries, 1,000 hotels, and more than 1,400 restaurants in the Asia-Pacific region. That includes 5-star chains in Vietnam such as Sofitel, MGallery, Pullman, and Novotel.
FPT Care Health Insurance Package is for 1 relative of the employees in a year. It is intended to provide quality medical services, superior health care, and at the same time helps ease the economic difficulties of the employees’ relatives in the case of accident, illness, or disease.
In addition, if the employees are members of the Platinum Club for 2 consecutive years, they will be rewarded with 1 month’s salary and if they are members for 3 consecutive years or more, they will be rewarded with an additional 2 months’ salary. Members of the Platinum Club will also be given a special Workplace Badge.
To join Platinum Club, FSOFTers need to meet one of the following criteria:
- Employees in the list of 100 best employees who are honored and rewarded on the FPT level;
- Employees in the list of 100 best employees who are honored and rewarded on FSOFT level;
- Delivery staffs in the list of 5% FSOFTer with the best performance
- Outstanding Cultural – Union Officers of the Year who are nominated by FUN and approved by the General Director.
Depending on the epidemic situation, FSOFT or its units will hold a Platinum Member Honoring Ceremony for the Board of Directors and the units’ leaders to express their gratitude and send gifts to the outstanding employees. This year, the program is expected to be held at the end of May.
