FSOFT’s female employee earns various international certifications, affirming her quality management capabilities

Ms. Nghiem Thi Tuyet Mai (COOF.GRC) has successfully conquered a variety of international certifications, including four certifications for Lead Auditors and others related to quality management administered by CQI-IRCA. Notably, Ms. Mai excelled by achieving the highest scores in three out of four certification batches.

The four Lead Auditor certifications obtained by Ms. Mai include: Quality Management Lead Auditor per ISO 9001:2015 (IRCA/CQI Certified); Occupational Health and Safety Lead Auditor per ISO 45001:2015; Quality Management System Lead Auditor (HTQLCL) – Medical Devices (ISO 13485:2016) registered by CQI-IRCA; and IT Service Management Lead Auditor per ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certified by CQI/IRCA.

Currently, Ms. Mai works at Hola Park as the Compliance Team Lead in the Risk Management and GRC Compliance Office under the COO Office. In this role at FSOFT, her primary responsibilities include monitoring and assessing to ensure the company’s manufacturing and business operations comply with:

  • Implementing measures to ensure compliance with business process in enterprise support sectors;
  • Monitoring non-conformance processes of the business assurance department for continuous improvement of processes and service quality;
  • Reporting internal control activities of the business assurance department periodically and as required by company leadership;
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from internal customers and measuring Internal Customer Satisfaction Scores (ICSS) for business assurance units.

In her role, Ms. Mai continuously enhances her skills in assessment and Lead Auditor certifications, considering it a perfect choice. According to Ms. Mai, “Lead Auditor is a course that includes detailed knowledge of standards’ requirements and how to assess systems, processes, and quality at organizations. Additionally, I’ve gained many skills and enhanced my professional capabilities to ensure assessments are conducted in accordance with standards at FSOFT.”

Thanks to these certifications, Ms. Mai meets the requirements to participate in international assessment organizations and has the standards necessary to evaluate companies, partners, and contractors. She also expects these certifications to enrich the experience and knowledge of FSOFT’s Audit Club members.

As Ms. Mai shared, the Lead Auditor certification isn’t overly challenging but demands learners to invest time and high concentration. She dedicated five days solely to study and took the certification exam immediately after completing the course. “Mastering the knowledge within five days is quite a challenge for learners,” Ms. Mai noted. Nevertheless, the Lead Auditor certification is valuable and essential for company work, so Ms. Mai believes both herself and FSOFTers should strive to achieve it.
