GAM.DAP moves to F-Ville with desire to achieve breakthrough in scale
On the afternoon of July 15, 55 members of GAM.DAP came to FSOFT Campus in Hoa Lac with new joys and hopes. The “stationing” at F-Ville is part of the plan of “stretching” to the promised lands and realizing the goals of the unit in general and each member in particular.
Accordingly, the new headquarters of GAM.DAP will be located on the 1st floor, Cau Giay compartment, F-Ville 2. Most of the staff here will work for NXP – a leading chip company in the car technology industry. The unit aims to build the GAM.DAP at F-Ville site into a center for developing products, services and systems in the field of Embedded-Automotive. It is expected that the unit’s size will increase from 55 to 80 employees at F-Ville by the end of 2022.
In addition to the company’s general support, GAM.DAP employees at F-Ville will receive a monthly commute allowance of up to 5 million/month within the first year and continue to enjoy hybrid working mode, which allows them to work remotely on certain days of the week.
Choosing FSOFT Campus – F-Ville to convey the desire to reach out in terms of staff size and increase attractiveness in the eyes of partners, employees as well as candidates, a representative of GAM.DAP said, “the land is good for people to grow and flourish.” F-Ville not only meets the working space needs of employees, but is also the ideal choice for most people who love a space that is close to nature and convenient for people who commute by bus or live near the campus.
“This is not a migration or transfer of employees from Cau Giay to F-Ville, but it is completely in the plan to expand the size of personnel to meet the overall goal of the unit. The desire to work in the F-Ville ecosystem has been simmered for a long time in most of you. We hope this land will nurture and give wings to the aspirations of DAP itself and each employee at the unit”, emphasized Mr. Do Huu Dinh – in charge of the GAM.DAP at F-Ville.
As planned, in the third quarter of 2022, F-Ville will provide 600 more seats for the unit. By 2023, when F-Ville 3 is completed, it will provide an additional 1,500 seats and by 2024, there will be an addition of 2,500 seats.
