Grand Opening: FSOFT Nha Trang Office Launches

Yesterday afternoon, on November 13, FSOFT’s Nha Trang branch officially inaugurated their new office with a warm welcoming ceremony for the first members joining the team.

The inaugural day of operations witnessed the presence of key figures, including Mr. Truong Hoang Phuc – Director of FSG and Director of FSOFT Nha Trang Branch, Mr. Pham Tung Lam – Deputy General Director of FPT Investment, and Ms. Ngo Thi Ngoc Thang – Head of Department SSC FSOFT HCM, along with other branch staff.

During the welcoming event, Mr. Truong Hoang Phuc personally distributed onboard gifts to each team member, expressing his commitment to FSOFT Nha Trang’s continuous growth and development. He highlighted the branch’s dedication to expanding and enhancing facilities to provide a comfortable and joyful work environment for employees.

Preparations for the new Nha Trang office have been meticulously completed, including the setup of reception desks, workstations, magnetic doors, security cameras, network infrastructure, and IT equipment. The office design draws inspiration from the serene blue tones of Nha Trang beach, evident in the choice of colors, interior materials, and spatial layout.

Ms. Ngo Thi Ngoc Thang, Head of SSC HCM Department and Chair of the Project Committee overseeing branch construction, emphasized the collaborative effort across departments such as PRC, FID, FC, AF, and more. This collaboration spanned activities from site survey and contract negotiation to design consultation, resulting in the successful completion of the office according to plan.

Reflecting on the achievement, Ms. Thang stated, “The spacious and youthful appearance of the new branch truly embodies the spirit of FSOFT people, showcasing solidarity, sharing, and determination to accomplish the mission.”

Tran Gia Bao Ngoc, a new member who relocated from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang, expressed his delight, saying, “When I first joined FSOFT, I hoped for a branch in my hometown. Now, after just one year, it has become a reality. Working in this green, modern, dynamic space is truly impressive.”

This week, FSOFT Nha Trang anticipates hosting visits from teachers and students of major universities like Nha Trang University and Pacific University. These visits aim to showcase the branch’s modern space, offering new experiences and contributing to attracting potential candidates for FSOFT Nha Trang’s future endeavors.

As part of FSOFT’s strategic expansion plan, establishing the Nha Trang office is a crucial initial step in competing with other prominent software centers in the central region and nationwide. With a focus on Finance, Banking, and Insurance projects, FSOFT Nha Trang targets reaching 100 employees by June 2024, with a long-term goal of expanding to 200 employees by the end of the following year.Explore some snapshots from the branch’s inaugural day of operation below.
