HoLa Park officially offers daily lunch for all “residents”

From October 11, HoLa Park started implementing “Free Lunch – Free lunch worth 40K”, applied to all employees who have signed an official labor contract with FSOFT or are on probation and work in Hoa Lac.

In the scope of a program to attract talent & encourage FSOFT units to lay foundation in HoLa Park, the Shared Service Center (SSC) officially upgraded the service quality and benefits of employees by increasing basic meals at campus from 35K to 40K. At the same time, FSOFT will sponsor free lunch for employees with working location in Hoa Lac. Employees of other sites can still need to pay as usual.

Head of SSC.HL Department Nguyen Minh Hue shared that in order to improve the quality of the meal up to the new cost, SSC worked specifically with the suppliers and built many different adjustment options. Previously, a set of rice consisted of 2 dishes, 2 vegetables and soup, but now, the serving size of the new set will increase to 3 dishes, 2 vegetables, rice soup and dessert. As for the menu of bun, pho, and pan rice, depending on the suppliers, the portion will be increased, and additional side dishes or free drinks/desserts will be offered.

Beside the professional assessment, SSC invited a group of employees to participate in the “Tasting Week” and evaluate in role of customers. The evaluation results were over 90% participants satisfied with the new diet.

In the launch of the “Free Lunch” program, suppliers are together with SSC to prepare enough goods and food to meet the new requirements from FSOFT. The suppliers have no hesitation in receiving the card payment because it is convenient and fast for employees and contractors. At the same time, employees are also expected to follow the shift time specified by SSC to have lunch.

Currently, the total number of suppliers in F-Ville 1 and F-Ville 2 includes 6 restaurants and 2 cafes. In which, each building has a restaunrant for lunch and 01 cafe for drinks (bun, pho, noodles…) and snacks and fruits available all day.
