How do we fulfill our dream of owning a car from FSOFT’s “4% interest rate support policy”?

Having a car to carry children to school in the rainy season, taking his wife to work in hot weather, and picking up her husband when he is drunk is a solution that is no longer too difficult today. Just have money or time to save money. But there is an effective way to shorten the length of time you have a car. This is…

“I have known about this policy since the early days of FSOFT implementation, but due to lack of demand, I did not join immediately. Until this year (2022), when moving from FSOFT Hanoi to FSOFT Quy Nhon to work and bring the whole family, there was a need to buy a car, so I signed up to participate in FSOFT’s support policy,” Nguyen Cong Nhat Quang (QAI.BOD) shared.

The policy that QAIer has joined FSOFT since 2012 is talking about is the 4% interest rate support policy that FSOFT is implementing so that employees can get loans to buy houses/land, repair their own houses or their parents, and even buy cars.

Mr. Quang applied for a loan from TPBank quite early, from about April, but because the company was slow to deliver the car, it took until July to complete all the procedures and receive a new car. During the procedure with FSOFT, Quang did not face many difficulties, because he had researched in advance and the documents he had prepared and completed. Only the procedure with TPBank was a little difficult, because he bought a car and registered it in Hanoi, but borrowed money from TPBank Binh Dinh. Quang’s temporary residence registration in Quy Nhon is also a bit of a problem.

“So for those who are roaming like me, it’s important to pay attention to these two issues so that the banking procedures are handled quickly and neatly,” Quang shared his experience.

Standing next to a Vinfast car with a shiny blue electric motor to stay at FSOFT garage in Quy Nhon, an IT engineer born in 1987 in Hanoi is proud of his assertiveness in making optimal use of preferential policies that FSOFT is applying to employees.

“My family has just added another member, and at the same time Quy Nhon has also entered the rainy season, buying a car helps the family to be more active and safer in moving, going out, going to school. Since having a car, the children have been able to go out much more than before,” Quang said.

Also living and working in the Central region, Bui Viet Hao, a PM born in 1992 of GST.DN, received information about the 4% interest rate support policy via email introducing the company’s program. He has registered since August 2022 with a loan from Shinhan Bank.

“The procedure is very simple and easy to do! As long as you have a loan application from a bank, SSC will support you to complete the procedure quickly,” said a former member of “R House” who joined FSOFT in 2014.

Although being an FSOFTer in Danang, Hao Be’s daily commute to work is quite far, approximately 25km, so owning a car not only makes this IT engineer safer while traveling but also sunny and rainy in the Central region can’t cause him in trouble. And because the roads in Danang are less congested than in Hanoi and Saigon, cars also help him shorten his daily commute time.

“When it’s sunny, my family is also more secure when I sometimes come home late from work. While driving, you can take advantage of listening to the radio/podcast. By taking the family out on weekends, we are strengthening bonds and building a solid rear,” this PM discovered since the day he owned a white MG car.

Not only FSOFTer whose home is far away, or do not have money ready should borrow money to buy a car through FSOFT’s 4% interest rate support policy. But also FSOFTer whose house is “nearby” the company (but whose parents’ house is far away), and have fairly “quality” financial conditions also wish to use this Policy. Typically, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Hang (FDN.G5) also used this humane policy to own her own new Honda CRV car of 2022, even though she is a child of a “well-off” family in Danang.

“I received an email from HRPR about being approved to join this policy; as well as detailed information about policies such as incentives, documents to be submitted, frequently asked Q&A, etc. I also got a bank loan from ShinhanBank,” shared Ms. Hang Moon.

A former female FU student born in 1992 also said that she did not have any problems, the process is very simple and fast, just submit the required documents and fill out the registration form to join the program. If you have any questions, Ms. Pham Nha Uyen Phuong (SSC.HR) will provide detailed and dedicated answers. After submitting all documents on time, in the next salary period, the Tester of FDN.G5 received the support immediately.

“The most obvious benefit is that I and my family have a safe and comfortable vehicle that can carry many people. For families with small children, this is even more useful when traveling in difficult weather days,” a female employee who joined FSOFT in 2015 excitedly shared.
