How will Parent’s Day in Da Nang be held?
In the afternoon and evening of November 25, the parents will be solemnly welcomed to FSOFT Danang at F-Complex and 4U Luxury Restaurant (2/9 Street), with the participation of FSOFT’s high-level representative and the entire board of directors of FSOFT Danang.
More than 1,000 parents are expected to attend this year’s event, which is themed “Take your parents to work.” This is an impressive comeback after the COVID-19 pandemic lasted two years. Over 1,000 parents of FSOFTers in Da Nang, Tam Ky, and Quy Nhon registered to participate, and even parents of FSOFTers working abroad in Japan, the United States, Korea, and Asia-Pacific registered.
The organisation department is carefully planning transportation for the event. Accordingly, when attending the ceremony, parents from the North and Da Nang City Center can park their vehicles at 4U Luxury Restaurant (2/9 Street) before being picked up by FSOFT bus to F-Complex. Meanwhile, parents from the area near the F-Complex or Quang Nam side can park their vehicles directly at the F-Complex. The organisers will arrange company buses to pick up both groups of parents and transport them to 4U Luxury Restaurant. At the end of the meeting with the Board of Directors, parents parking at F-Complex will be returned by bus to F-Complex to take their vehicles.
Regarding the agenda, parents who park at 4U Luxury Restaurant will be picked up by bus at 14:00 to visit F-Complex. The buses start running at 14:15, and the parents will be told about the history of the F-Complex building by FSOFTers, as well as the livable city of Da Nang and the Marble Mountain scenic area right next to the F-Complex.
The FPT Complex tour will begin at 14:45. Parents will be divided into groups to visit the FPT Complex Building, Marble Mountain Hall with a capacity of 300 people and a 300-inch screen, SSC’s office area, overnight bedrooms for employees working late, gym, FSOFT Training Center, canteen, football field… In addition to the F-Complex tour, parents will have the opportunity to meet directly with their children’s FSU/BU/Unit/Department leaders (depending on each unit) and take photos to preserve memories.
Parents are invited to board the bus after 1.5 hours of sightseeing to go to the 4U Luxury Restaurant on 2/9 Street. Parents will attend a party with FSOFT’s top leaders, enjoy stunning performances staged by FSOFTers, and sing and dance with FPT Corporation’s young members. During the event, it is indispensable for information about the production and business situation, a long-term development plan, and FSOFT’s program “settle down with you” (formerly known as “Settling Down”), which are presented by FSOFT’s leaders in Da Nang and Central Vietnam. In terms of the menu, the organisers prepared seven appealing dishes for the parents at the party.
After more than two hours of partying, the event ends at 19:30. Each parent attending this event will be thanked by FSOFT’s Board of Directors before leaving and will receive a meaningful gift printed with FSOFT’s Parent Day logo in 2022.
