Initial success and potential for outstanding development of Globizen in last 6 months of 2022

Launched in February 2022, Globizen is a community that provides opportunities for FSOFTers who wish to go onsite abroad to have a new life and develop their careers in the future. Working in a new country is a valuable experience that gives FSOFTers the opportunity to for career development.

After the success of the kick-off event with the participation of more than 1000 FSOFTers, so far, Globizen has achieved impressive numbers such that of receiving 604 CVs sent to the Onsite recruitment mailbox and having 285 FSOFTers going onboard successfully. In the first 2 quarters of the year, Globizen achieved 71% of its KPI. Specifically, the first digital Livestream Globizen Talk event about life in the US confirmed FSOFTers’ interest and desire to work and live in a new country.

The prosperous last 6 months of the year is promising for Globizen. Specifically, in August, two Globizen Talk events about Singapore and Japan will be broadcasted to give FSOFTers information that has never been shared before. In particular, various attractive gifts from the program are waiting for FSOFTers.

Pham Bich Ngoc – a member of FWA.GWA, shared about the process of supporting onsiter fellows: “Taking into consideration the different time zones in different countries, our team will assist you in arranging interviews with leaders according to your most suitable schedule. Not only that, as the visa paperwork process is also very complicated, we will also support you with that so you can promptly participate in customer projects and connect with BUL to have a clear plan and the best compensation.”

Another name is Tran Thi Bich – an FSOFTer who just left Vietnam for the US, you come to New York to work long-term for a client. Bich excitedly shared, “FSOFT is supporting me with hotel accommodation in the US as I just got here for the first time. I have been supported from the interview to the preparation of the documents to go onboard. My colleagues in the US and those from the offshore unit also assisted me enthusiastically. Another fortunate thing is that I have met Vietnamese students, and they also supported me to get settled in this new land.”
