IVS.B1 promotes learning movement for the sustainable development of each employee

As part of the unit’s personnel training strategy, IVS.B1 shows the orientation to build an environment that helps employees develop comprehensively and sustainably.

As part of the “Improving unit capacity” program of IVS 2022, in the first 6 months of the year, IVS.B1 focused on training multi-domain upskills and soft skills for the unit’s employees. Specifically, IVS.B1 successfully organized 5 courses on Banking, Big Data Testing, Securites, SQL/API, and Automation test basic with akaAT. Among them, there were 4 courses on Banking, Big Data Testing, Securites, and SQL/API with 13 sessions hosted by 8 lecturers and 27 hours of classroom teaching. The upskill training program organized by IVS.B1 had the participation of 784 students from all units of IVS.

With these achievements, IVS.B1 is the first unit to be awarded by the company and IVS, which recognizes the efforts to successfully complete the training campaign.

The training courses on Banking, Data, and Securities are considered special courses. IVS.B1 hopes that each IVS person will “master” the terms of these domains and not be surprised when participating in related projects. This is also the first time that IVS.B1 gathers a large number of employees, spreading the spirit of learning to every corner of IVS.

The “Improving unit capacity” program of IVS 2022 aims to promote the human resource capacity in core services such as Automotive, Banking & Finance, Data Quality, and AI.. Particularly, IVS.B1 will focus on strengthening testing capacity for the domains of Banking, Securities, and Data.

In the last 6 months of the year, IVS.B1 plans to organize soft skills courses such as English, interviewing skills with clients, skills in working with clients and Advance Automation Test classes.
