Kick-off HoLa Park project: Creating a world-class ecosystem for Hanoi FSOFTers

With the goal of creating a world-class ecosystem for FSOFTers in Hanoi, HoLa Park (FSOFT’s campus in Hoa Lac including F-Ville 1, 2, and 3) will become the leading “Green – Modern” campus in APAC. The  project will also mske HoLa Park a desirable working environment for global IT engineers.

The event will be held at 2pm next Monday, October 10th at the Lang Sen room, F-Ville 1 and will be live on Workplace group “FSOFT in the News”.

Accordingly, the Kick-off event includes 3 main sections:

• Director of FSOFT Hoa Lac – Vu Tien Dat will share about HoLa Park’s vision and mission as well as exclusive benefits for FSOFTers working here

• Deputy Director of FSOFT Hoa Lac – Nguyen Thuy Anh will share in detail the plan and time to implement policies specifically for HoLa Park residents

• Q&A session for FSOFT Hoa Lac leaders and employees

Pursuing the goal of becoming a world-class billion-dollar technology company, attracting and promoting resource development is considered the foundation of FSOFT. With the desire to turn HoLa Park into a “magnet” with strong attraction to IT personnel, FSOFT’s Board of Directors initiated and implemented the HoLa Park project. In particular, the name “HoLa Park” is inspired by the Spanish phrase “Hola” (pronounced Oh-lah), which means “Hello” – expressing joy and excitement to welcome everyone. who come to Hola Park.

In phase 1, the HoLa Park project team will focus on building beneficial compensation policies and special benefits packages to serve the needs and expectations of employees. This phase promises to complete utilities, diversify experiences and set new living/working standards for FSOFTers in Hanoi.

Simultaneously, the project team will invest heavily in building the HoLa Park brand image, bringing this campus complex closer to the Vietnamese and regional IT communities, arousing love and desire to become a member of the community, a part of the campus.
