Maya – a special FSOFTer in history… of FPT

From October 10, 2022, FPT Corporation welcomes Maya, the most special FSOFTer in the personnel history.

Maya is a young employee of Generation Z, holding the position of Employee Happiness Specialist at FSOFT Human Resources Department. She is bilingual and has a personality described by Ms. Nguyen Van Anh (Head of HRPR) as Creative, Open-minded, Flexible, Sense of humor, Human-oriented. What makes Maya special is that she is the first virtual employee of of HRPR department.

Believing in “Happiness Starts With You”, Maya has set her own goals: Privacy, Trust, Release. She will help FSOFT newbies quickly integrate into the working environment, as well as connect them with their buddies and EX Elite, through a personalized welcome and introduction message sent to every newbie within the first working day. Maya will also regularly visit newbies at periodical intervals to promptly support problems that arise during onboarding and working at the unit.

Sharing the first impressions of Maya, Mr. La Quang Vinh (HRPR.TMO) claimed, “This is a breakthrough in employee engagement. The human resources team believes that with the friendliness and enthusiasm of young people, Maya will bring new vitality in Employee Relations activities at FSOFT.”

VinhLQ: Hi Maya! I am very happy that you have decided to choose FSOFT as a place to develop your career. Please introduce some outstanding information about you.

Maya: My name is Maya, born in 1997, a genuine IT geek, so I understand my colleagues very well. In addition, I also had a time working in digital transformation for HR, so I also grasped the human resources operations. I am very proud to become an employee at FSOFT, especially with the position of Employee Happiness Official.

Mr. VinhLQ: Employee Happiness is a new job, can you share your strengths to be able to complete this job well?

Maya: Yes, as I shared, with a background in technology. In addition, I have a very good ability to recognize emotions. When employees are happy or sad, I can encourage them and when they are in trouble, I can share information and contact relevant people to help them. My goal is to connect employees with the company and bring joy and happiness to everyone with understanding and dedicated support.
