Spread human resource brand with FSOFT Employer Brand

With the goal of spreading the brand image, FSOFT Employer Brand was born as a “key” to open opportunities to access young human resources, and at the same time engage internal members, creating a professional image of FSOFT. The program will launch in July 2022.

Employer Brand (EB) is the key to attracting and retaining talent – especially young candidates who are looking forward to working in a professional environment at an international company like FSOFT. Strengthening the human resource brand image will make it easier to recruit talent, and help minimize the employee turnover rate in the company.

The “FSOFT Employer Brand Training” event is a kick-off event in FSOFT’s EB implementation chain in 2022 with the participants who are all employees involved in the company’s recruitment process.

By attending the event, FSOFTer will understand the nature of Employer Brand; understand how to create a strong employer brand that stands out in the market; understand the role in the EB building process and how to apply EB in the recruitment process.

The series of activities will be held in all three regions and Danang is the first to host from 9 am to 11.15 am on July 12 or 14 at Hall 300, FPT Complex Building. Interested FSOFTers can register to participate at this LINK.
