Story of FSG’s two communication girls
The FSG Duo – Lưu Thủy Bình and Nguyễn Thị Thu Linh are not only responsible for the crucial task of communication, conveying FSG’s information across all three regions and ensuring smooth, timely OB communication, but they also make their distinctive mark in every cultural and extracurricular activity of the company.
Thu Linh and Thủy Bình, the inseparable duo of FSG, are always seen together in most events organized by FSOFT or units. Their bond originates from their love for the unit, the environment, and the people of FSOFT.
Thu Linh works primarily at the Hola Park site. Besides her role in gathering information and disseminating FSG news at Hola, she also handles tasks related to HR and general administration. Reflecting on her journey to FSOFT, Linh recalls, “It was hard to find another company close to home, without pollution or traffic jams, and with a green environment, so I was determined to pass the entrance examination after 2 interviews”.
Compared to her previous desk job, since joining FSOFT, Linh has always felt a positive energy. This sociable girl has played a crucial role in sharing information, and images, and connecting many interesting stories about FSG. Besides her main duties at the unit, Linh regularly participates in cultural, and extracurricular activities, and clubs at Hola Park… Occasionally meeting and interacting with famous singers and rappers through events, Linh finds it extremely exciting. Moreover, Linh is amazed by the “nurturing” aspect – enjoying free breakfast and lunch, with delicious and nutritious food. “Since coming to Hola Park, 9 out of 10 people say I look younger. That’s the greatest happiness for me,” Linh proudly says.
On the other hand, Thủy Bình, a girl from the Cầu Giấy site, has fallen in love with Hola. She can be seen at every small or big event at the CodeCation campus. “I love the bustling atmosphere of FPT Tower in the heart of the capital, but I’m also charmed by the tranquil and rustic beauty of Hola Park.” Because of her love for this land, Bình spends 1-2 days a week taking the bus to visit Hola. “Being in communications means I don’t mind moving around and participating in activities, which helps me increase connections, accumulate knowledge, and be more creative in my work,” says Thủy Bình.
Loving and proud of the FSOFT environment, Thủy Bình always reminds herself to convey meaningful messages to FSGers to foster love, attachment, and career development here. “As a global working environment, traditional values are still preserved, reflected in every campus design, and cultural event… making me love and appreciate FSOFT even more,” Thủy Bình proudly shares.
With her positive contributions to collective activities, in 2023, Thủy Bình was honored in two award categories: Outstanding Union Member of FPT Corporation and Outstanding Union Member of FSOFT. As a communication officer for FSG, in 2023, Thủy Bình spread the image and achievements of FSG to all FSOFTers through more than 220 internal news articles, nearly 70 of which were published on channels like FSOFT in the News, Người FSOFT… Along with this, she also supported FSOFT Nha Trang in their communication campaign, helping to bring the new branch closer to FSOFTers.
Approaching March 8th, Thu Linh and Thủy Bình also send their wishes to the beautiful ladies of FSOFT to always stay young, radiant, and full of energy to enjoy the activities at the Software House!
