VUI FEST “lit up” the night in its first time in FSOFT Hue

Last weekend, FSOFTers in Hue had a memorable reunion night with the highlights of their one-year journey. This was also the last stop to wrap up VUI FEST – a series of music festivals in early 2024, celebrating the “Billion-dollar Company” milestone and celebrating FSOFT’s 25th birthday held on campuses across the three regions.

In attendance were FSOFT CHRO Nguyen Tuan Minh, FSOFT Central Region Director Le Hong Linh, FSOFT Hue Director Trinh Minh Viet, along with leaders of departments and units under FSOFT Central and FSOFT Hue members.

At the event, Nguyen Tuan Minh expressed his pride when FSOFT reached a billion-dollar revenue, and at the same time expressed his strong belief in the development of FSOFT Hue. “I hope that for the next VUI FESTs, FSOFT Hue will be held in a larger and more grandiose place,” he said.

In 2023, FSOFT Hue achieved encouraging achievements after more than 1 year of establishment: a staff of over 80 people, the first project to reach CSS 100 and was trusted by customers with more new tasks. Sharing about the goal of becoming the largest software company in Thua Thien Hue province in 2024 with 300 employees, of which 60-70% of revenue is expected to come from the newly established company FI, Director Trinh Minh Viet affirmed FSOFT Hue will encourage and create conditions for all employees to improve their foreign language skills, especially Japanese and Korean to be able to meet the ever-increasing demand for work; at the same time, coordinate and fully support units with plans to develop human resources and projects in Hue to be able to operate as quickly as possible.

After the sharing session of the Board of Directors, 4 individuals and 1 team were honored at the event. The fest became more lively with the gameshow Golden Bell and the cultural and STCo performances prepared elaborately by the participating teams. The “fiery” performance from the artists and DJs at the end of the program closed the first season of VUI FEST in Hue City, at the same time it was a place for F-Huer to have the opportunity to connect in a close atmosphere, creating motivation for members to grow in the new year.

The event was a huge success, with FSOFTers from Hue and surrounding areas coming together to celebrate the company’s achievements and to look forward to a bright future. The event was also a great opportunity for FSOFTers to connect with each other and to build a strong sense of community.
