FWA Director Nguyen Ngoc Bich is the new Champion of FSOFT 2021
Her excellent achievements in the past year have helped the Director of FSOFT Workforce Assurance (FWA) – Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Bich, become the new Champion of FSOFT through the votes by the Board of Directors and FSOFTers. The 1st and 2nd runner-up respectively went to Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Linh (FPT.GBI) and Mr. Nguyen Van Thai (FAM.ST5). The results have just been announced in the Ceremony to honor the Top 100 excellent individuals – “FSOFT Awards 2021”, which took place on the evening of April 28 in the coastal city of Nha Trang.
2021 was the year of Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Bich when she steered the FWA boat to complete the KPI 150% higher than the plan, which was an increase 168% compared to the previous year, despite the effects of the Covid epidemic on hindering recruitment activities. The efforts of Ms. Bich and FWA have contributed to helping FSOFT secure resources to serve growing projects, contributing to the company’s overall 23% growth. Specifically, the unit has approached 45,000 profiles, received 25,000 CVs and successfully recruited 5,629 experienced SEs.
Not only that, Ms. Bich is always proactive in keeping up with new recruitment trends, developing many ideas and programs for recruitment activities with 170 campaigns, both internally and externally. She is also the one who inspired the enthusiastic recruitment and human resource staff and motivated the team to increase the average recruitment productivity to about 130% compared to the previous year.
Due to being newly infected with Covid-19, Ms. Bich was unable to attend the honoring ceremony last night in person. Ms. Pham Thi Ky – Bich’s mother, on behalf of her daughter, stepped on the highest podium to receive the title of “Champion of FSOFT 2021”. At the same time, Mr. Linh and Mr. Thai also had the chance to receive their awards with their fathers.1st runner-up Nguyen Phuoc Linh (FPT.GBI) – Head of FPT Greater Bay Indochina Branch, has contributed significantly to helping FPT be selected by AIA Group as one of the three strategic partners in Digital Transformation, and at the same time helped the Hong Kong market grow by an excellent rate of 124%. Notably, in May 2021, he accepted the challenge to be in charge of the Thai market in an “extremely impatient” mood. He moved his whole family to Thailand, despite the strong outbreak of Covid-19 there, while he, his wife, and their children had not yet received any vaccinations in Vietnam. His determination has contributed to the strong growth of the Thai market, reaching a growth rate of 94% after only half a year of being taken over by him. Sales in the GBI market in 2021 under the management grew by 112.8%.
Last year, Mr. Nguyen Van Thai (ST5.BD) – Deputy Head of Business Development Department No. 5 of FPT Americas (FAM), made his mark by persuading a “whale” client to agree to let FPT take over an e-commerce project worth $5.5 million after the previous two major contractors had both failed and been replaced by the client. With his efforts and the combined efforts of 100 experienced “war generals” in all three regions, in the third quarter of 2021, FSOFT successfully launched an extremely important e-commerce system for the client in the Canadian market, which was in time for the year-end season of shopping. This system immediately went into deployment for the US market and is expected to expand in 4 Latin American countries. Not only managing many clients, he also effectively manages ST5’s human resources, properly allocating delivery activities to ensure business development and profit of the unit.
