[Live Update] FSOFT Awards 2021: Where success and emotions converge

Tonight, the Top 100 of FSOFT in 2021 and their relatives will be present in Nha Trang to attend the FSOFT Awards 2021 – an event to be filled with emotions and pride of the people attending and viewing via Livestream.

The ceremony to honor the Top 100 FSOFT 2021 had the presence of Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa – FPT CEO, Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha – FSOFT Chairwoman, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan – FSOFT CEO, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh – FSOFT CHRO and other managers of units at FSOFT. Hosting the program are two MCs – Hoang Quan and Diem Anh.

Speaking at the opening of the event, CEO Pham Minh Tuan shared his happiness when meeting excellent employees after more than 2 years of the pandemic. He was glad to return to honoring moments that FSOFT had had for more than 20 years. Mr. Tuan was also especially touched when, for the first time, the program had the participation of parents and relatives of the Top 100 of FSOFT to share the joy and experience the very FPT/FSOFT-ish atmosphere.

“Being myself, singing, drinking and doing things we couldn’t do for more than 2 years. It was a great inspiration for me and FSOFT members. FSOFT has been Southeast Asia’s largest software company and FSOFT Top 100 are the ‘elites’ of the region and we won’t stop here. The goal must be to bring FSOFT to the world-class level and for the first time there should be a Vietnamese IT service company with a turnover of 1 billion USD. This goal will only be achieved with the efforts of all employees, including the Top 100. Together, with the One -Team spirit, we can certainly do it,” shared Mr. Tuan.

At the event, FSOFTers will participate in voting for the “Top 3 of Miss FSOFT 2021” through the QR Code provided at Livestream or this LINK. Voting portal will be open until 9 pm and the results for Miss FSOFT 2021 and the 2 runner-ups will be announced at the end of the event.

After the sharing from the Board of Directors, the program will honor and award excellent individuals in categories including Rookie – Outstanding young individuals who have newly joined the company, Best Performer – The most excellent individuals, Manager of the Year – Excellent Managers. Joining the stage to receive the award with the Top 100 will be the parents and relatives of them.

On awarding the 2 Rookies Nguyen Hoang Sang (FHM) and Nguyen Thi My Duyen (ICS), FSOFT CHRO – Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh, shared his experience at FSOFT: “Experience is a factor that only big companies like FSOFT bring. At FSOFT, you can work from wherever you want, dream whatever you want, be in whatever position you want – and this is the experience of a person who has experienced 7-8 different positions at FSOFT. From there, we can learn things that we have never known before, experience the difficulties we have never experienced. Such is the foundation that we should happy about and proud of”. Mr. Minh reminded the two rookies to prepare mentally to be ready to accept unexpected responsibilities and tasks from the organization.

Out of the list of 19 excellent individuals from FSOFT’s sales department in international markets, due to the limitations caused by the pandemic, only 6 of them returned to Vietnam on this occasion. Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha especially thanked the excellent individuals of the sales department for sticking to their markets and bringing in hundreds of millions of dollars in contracts for FSOFT. Especially in the past 2 years, Ms. Ha has had the opportunity to witness firsthand the efforts of onsiters in Japan and the US during her long-term business trips in these two markets.

As the representative to award excellent individuals in the Operations division, Mr. Tuan wittily shared that “Usually it is only when I and my colleagues have problems during trips, such that about booking transportation or plane ticket, do I contact you guys at Back Office That’s why I still call you silent warriors because you guys alwasy do your best without asking for credit from anyone. I hope that you guys will maintain your performance in the years to come.

The Delivery Division is the largest force at FSOFT with a variety of positions from Dev, Test, PM, BA, to SA. Coming from the role of a programmer, FSOFT CHRO affirms that the delivery division always is a unit full of challenges and opportunities because each new product, client, and project come with challenges in terms of progress, technology and product quality to deliver to clients. In 2021, FSOFT’s outstanding individuals and colleagues have run more than 1,700 projects in stable operations in the context that there were many work-from-home days or camping according to the 3-on-site guideline.

“FSOFT honors you not only for your excellent performance, but also for the spirit that you have shared to all other members and clients. From that, we will have a strong delivery force to conquer new challenges”, Mr. Minh expressed his special gratitude to excellent individuals in the delivery division.

In between the honoring and awarding were performances and interviews of the Top 100. The program featured singer Nhat Thuy – Vietnam Idol Champion, and vocalist Nam Bong of FSOFT.
