FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha visits FSOFT Quy Nhon
Last week, Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha – FSOFT Chairwoman, had a visit to meet with the management team of units under FSOFT Quy Nhon. Expressing her joy at witnessing the rapid development of the branch over the past year, Ms. Ha encouraged the members to continue promoting the capacity and spirit of FSOFT people to turn FSOFT Quy Nhon into a leading Artificial Intelligence and Data Center in Vietnam and in the region.
At the meeting, Ms. Ha shared memories from her business trip to Japan and the US. After each trip, she wrote down the 3 most important factors to win over clients there. For the Japanese market, FSOFT needs to embrace the sharing of: Heart to heart – standing shoulder to shoulder to overcome difficulties; Mind share – sharing of views and ideas to achieve mutual understanding; and finally, Business share – exchanging business mindset. For clients from the US market, in order to achieve valuable contracts, FSOFT needs to act quickly and surely and do everything to convince the clients to put trust in our ability.
Ms. Ha said that business trips and in-person meetings with clients will help the unit not only understand the clients’ wishes, realize what they need to do to meet customers’ requirements, but also find specific direction to develop Quy Nhon AI and Data Center, making it catch up with other technology centers in the world.
Listening to the sharing from Ms. Ha, Mr. Vu Van Dong – Director of FSOFT Quy Nhon, reported on the general situation of each subordinate unit and Mr. Vu Hong Chien – Director of QAI, shared about the operational status of QAI as well as the big problem of gathering resources. The two directors expressed their desire to have FPT/FSOFT’s support to promote the Quy Nhon AI Creative Valley and improve the policies to attract talents to the branch such as: supporting employees to buy/rent houses, supporting wives /husband/children of employees who relocated here to have a new life. Understanding the challenges facing the unit, the Chairwoman of FSOFT expressed her willingness to create the best conditions for QAI to operate smoothly and effectively to achieve the stated goals.
Ms. Ha assigned FSOFT Quy Nhon members the task to continue to persevere with Japanese clients and preserve this key market of FSOFT because it is a traditional and fertile “land” that has helped the expansion and development of the company. In particular, she emphasized the need to promote the image of FSOFT Quy Nhon in particular and the coastal city of Quy Nhon in general to attract talents, turn Quy Nhon into Vietnam’s AI Valley, and put it on the world’s technology map.
The meeting with Quy Nhon branch is part of the business trip by FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha in the central region, which is expected to last for 1 month. This week, May 10, Ms. Ha will have a sharing session at the “The Interviewer 2022” workshop on the topic called “The art of interviewing: The key to attracting and retaining talents” for interviewers, managers and FSOFTers who are in charge of recruitment, training and human resources.
