Launching “Code of Conduct at FPT Corporation” course
On 30 March 2022, the General Director of FPT signed and promulgated the Code of Conduct at FPT Corporation. In order to help FPT employees master, understand and comply with this Code, FCU has coordinated with FSOFT Training Center (CTC) to organize a course for all FSOFTers who are Vietnamese and signed an official labor contract from 1 June 2022 or earlier.
This Code of Conduct will be a guideline for each F family member in dealing with the company, colleagues, customers, partners, shareholders and the community, ensuring correctness, ethics and compliance with the law.
The course is held in all 3 regions in an online form at FPT’s training system from June 13-17, 2022. Accordingly, the course in Hanoi will take place from June 13-15 while in Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho from June 14-16 and in Da Nang and Quy Nhon from June 15-17. After participating in the course, employees need to pass a knowledge reassessment test to be considered to have completed this course. The number of times the test is performed is limited to 3 times/exercise. Employees who do not fully participate in the training program will receive written criticism for not completing their tasks according to the issued decision.
