FSOFT aims to reach more than 1.000 innovations on the iKhien 2023 race

With the spirit “I’m creative, I’m happy”, FSOFT officially kicked off iKhien 2023 in early April, marking the 4th consecutive year that iKhien has been deployed at companies in accordance with the Group’s policy.

At the kick-off ceremony, FSOFT CDTO Dao Duy Cuong – Chairman of the FSOFT Innovation Council emphasized that in 2023, FSOFT aims to spread FPT/FSOFT innovation spirit to all units, projects and individuals; Honoring quality innovations that bring high efficiency to the company and customers, reaching more than 1.000 innovations in 2023.

After 3 iKhien seasons, FSOFT has contributed over 2.000 in a total of 4.000 innovations. In 2023, FSOFT sets the OKR of reaching 1.000 innovations registered, 200 innovations honored at the FSOFT level and 40 innovations rewarded in accordance with the innovation policy.

In 2023, FSOFT’s iKhien award categories have some updates:

• The innovations passing the preliminary round: 200 gold
• The innovations entering the FSOFT appraisal round: 1.000 gold
• The innovations entering the Group appraisal round: 2.000 gold
• In addition, quarterly appraisals are conducted by the judging panel and the implementation board: The performance bonus is based on the value of the innovation.
• The innovations winning high results at the FSOFT and Group’s appraisal rounds receive additional privileges from the company.

In 2023, iKhien season 4 has various forms of contributing innovations, promoting learning spirit and creativity to bring more value to FSOFTer’s work and customers. Joining hands with FSOFT to spread “I’m creative, I’m happy” on FPT’s journey of creativity!
