FSG in HCM pioneers FSOFT’s Hybrid Working campaign

After checking seat demand in alignment with the situation of each project, in early April, FSG returned 157 unused seat codes in a total of 521 seat codes to SSC, including 3 ODCs in a total of 6 and 1 open working area. In addition, FSG HCM units re-plans 39 flexible seats in the internal area for employees who are working from home or taking long-term onsite trips.

The review is aimed at promoting the Flexible Hybrid Working Model – a combination of working from home and working at the office, implemented by SSC.HCM. FSG is pioneering the program with 3 units based at F-Town 1, including FSG.GLI, FSG.BXG and FSG.FIV.

In order to widely deploy the Hybrid Working model, managing seats in the office to optimize functionality and convenience is FSOFT’s main focus. In dealing with the urgent demand for optimizing the working space at F-Town 1, Ms. Le Thu Huong – FSG.GSC BUL and the admins of 3 units Huynh Thi Hong Diem (FSG. FIV), Trinh Minh Thu (FSG.GSC), Ngo Thi Nhung (FSG.GLI) and Nguyen Thi Thu Trang (FSG.BXG) came up with internal seating strategies.

FSG’s prompt actions help FSOFT optimize seating capacity and projects are centrally planned, enhancing work efficiency. This is FSG’s pioneering step, as well as FSOFT HCM’s strong start in alignment with a new working model. SSC expects to replicate the Flexible Hybrid Working Model, bringing positive efficiency to more units in F-Town.
