FSOFT honors 6 “Managers of the Year” for 2023
In a landmark year for FSOFT, Vietnam’s first IT company to reach $1 billion in annual revenue, six outstanding managers have been recognized with the prestigious “Manager of the Year 2023” title. Their leadership and collaborative spirit played a crucial role in propelling the company’s success.
Leading the charge was Mr. Nguyen Manh The, the CDO of FKR. Under his leadership, the unit surpassed expectations, achieving a remarkable $50 million revenue milestone and tripling revenue within two years. Notably, key programs with LG CNS and Hyundai, the Kshore initiative, and the development of next-generation Korean-speaking talent promise sustained growth for FKR.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tu, CDO of FAP, exemplifies outstanding client focus and unwavering commitment. He spearheaded the successful delivery of FAP’s million-dollar programs like Parkway, CDG, and SIA, consistently prioritizing quality and building a cohesive, motivated team environment for FAP’s continued development.

The second CDO OB to appear on the “Manager of the Year 2023” list is Mr. Nguyen Van Tu – CDO FAP. Mr. Tu spearheaded the successful delivery of FAP’s million-dollar programs like Parkway, CDG, and SIA… and conquered customers with his dedication, professionalism, and high commitment to work. Moreover, he also focuses on building a cohesive, motivated, and positive team environment for FAP’s continued development.
Within its first year, the new GHC unit demonstrated impressive results under the leadership of Deputy Director Mr. Nguyen Do Duc Anh. Delivering $32 million in revenue and a 14% productivity increase, GHC also secured large bids and launched its first healthcare product. . With the role of Deputy Director in charge of Delivery activities, Mr. Nguyen Do Duc Anh has made great efforts, leading the project members to achieve an average CSS of 97 points, bringing satisfaction to customers when no project was raised to the FSOFT level. Moreover, Mr. Duc Anh’s contributions to certifications like BRCMS, HITRUST, and CMMi underscore his commitment to excellence, illustrated by large BIDs from 5-10 million USD and GHC’s first Healthcare product; the progress of BULs, PMs, and young resources of the unit…; or in each BRCMS, HITRUST, CMMi certificate of FSOFT.
“AUTOSAR leader” Nguyen Dinh Thanh – BUL FA.AES (formerly GAM.AIS) is the next “Manager of the Year 2023”. Mr. Thanh is a person who is persistent with his love of technology, multitasking in management, business, and expert roles… to develop solutions and services related to AUTOSAR. This is the main driving force behind the explosive growth of GAM in recent years and has now become FPT Automotive. His dedication to AUTOSAR solutions, evident in his “Innovation of the Year” award and iKhien 2023 win, positions FSOFT at the forefront of this technological revolution.
Coming from HO units, Ms. Nguyen Van Anh – Head of FSOFT’s HR Policy and Compensation Department (HRPR), and Ms. Ta Thi Thuy Ha – Head of the General Affairs Department of FHM (FHM.GA) are two female managers honored on this occasion.
Ms. Nguyen Van Anh, Head of HR Policy and Compensation, spearheaded innovative initiatives based on the “Happiness” framework, fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Under the One Team – Learning – Happiness spirits, FSOFT achieved its lowest TOR in years. The programs to develop the Elite team and promote employee experience, build human resources data analysis tools, programs to retain key employees in units, and income policies… implemented by the Human Resources Department in 2023 all achieved good results.
Ms. Ta Thi Thuy Ha, Head of General Affairs at FHM, exemplifies dedication throughout her career – from technical expert to PM and now, ensuring resource success at HCM’s largest FSOFT software unit. Ms. Ha and her colleagues at FHM have made beautiful figures about human resources and the learning spirit of the unit in 2023: TOR only 12.19% and 4,776 more certificates, an increase of 112% compared to the previous year.
In a congratulatory message, FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha commended these exemplary leaders, urging them to continue inspiring the team. Together, FSOFT employees are driven by the ambition to “RISE TO THE TOP,” conquer challenges and propel the company towards its goal of becoming a world-class, Top 50 IT service company by 2030.
