FSOFT acquiring RWE IT Slovakia

FSOFT acquired RWE IT Slovakia, a member of Europe’s leading energy group RWE. This is the first M&A deal of a Vietnamese technology enterprise in a foreign market.

With this deal, FPT Software has 400 more foreign experts with experience implementing SAP solutions, along with a contract worth tens of millions of dollars with RWE Group.

This is an opportunity for FSOFT to enter a new field – the energy field (Utility), changing our position in the European and global markets, competing with the world’s leading companies.
