FPT Philippines moves to a new office, aiming for a growth of 750 employees

FPT Philippines (FPHI) relocated to The Link Building in Cebu IT Park on March 13 to support the unit’s expansion objectives. The move was marked by a traditional blessing ceremony, a ribbon-cutting event, and a celebratory dinner attended by FPHI leadership and all Cebu employees.

Cebu IT Park, located in the Philippines, accommodates leading IT firms, spanning 27 hectares and featuring amenities like shopping malls, restaurants, and convenient transportation. This park plays a significant role in the Philippine economy. With its contemporary structures and picturesque campuses, it has established itself as one of the top IT parks in the “land of a thousand islands”.

In 2024, FPHI has set an OKR target of 3,520 BMM with a gross profit margin of 44%. To reach this objective, the unit must increase personnel by 74%, enhance productivity by 95%, and fulfill 95% of resource requirements. As part of the business growth strategy, relocating the office to a new site is essential. According to Mr. Do Tran Anh Vu, Head of FPT Philippines, the new office will provide the necessary facilities and IT infrastructure for 24/7 projects, while also being more cost-effective than renovating two older offices.

With 250 seats and the implementation of a “Flexible working” model with 24/7 shifts, the new office is expected to effectively accommodate the growth plans for 600 – 750 employees in the near future.
