F-Town welcomes thousand people to the Kick-off of “FPT Community Day 2024”
CodeCation Campus F-Town recently welcomed over 1,000 FPT members from various subsidiaries and FSOFTers to participate in the kick-off ceremony for “FPT Community Day 2024”. This event marks the beginning of a month-long series of meaningful volunteer activities that FPT has sustained and nurtured for the past 14 years.
The program saw participation from representatives of FPT’s leadership, directors, management officials from various units, along with thousands of attendees present at the event and those following via live stream.
The series of event at the launch of “FPT Community Day 2024” includes: Blood donation drive, the kick-off of Happy Run 2024 held on the morning of March 13th in District 7, and notably, the F-Town Music Fundraising Concert “LOVE 13” in the evening of the same day at F-Town 3. This concert aims to raise funds as 100% of ticket sales will contribute to the FPT Community Fund. Moreover, the concert features guest performances by singers Trương Thảo Nhi and Phạm Đình Thái Ngân, along with performances by members of FSOFT HCM.
FPT’s CEO, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Khoa, urged and hoped that FPT members would collectively spread and share the best values, reaching out to the most challenging places to build bridges, connecting dreams in the Mekong Delta, repairing low-condition toilets, and providing better learning experiences for children. Mr. Khoa also expressed his hope for more foreign employees at FSOFT to join and spread this love in the future.
“Let’s sow smiles to all the young people together. Let’s consider days like these as days to live and dedicate ourselves fully to FPT and society,” he affirmed.
Prior to this, hundreds of FSOFTers actively participated in other activities such as exchanging trash for gifts, vaccine consultations, and contributing 1,000 flu vaccine doses for children at the FPT Long Châu booth.
The community journey of FPT members over the years has been one of diligently sowing smiles from love and compassion. Smiles for children are sown through well-equipped schools; smiles for people are sown through bridges connecting joyous shores, through constructions, and Wi-Fi hotspots at historical sites with profound gratitude… FPT aims for each employee to deepen and sustain these smiles, by “sowing” many more smiles for the community through meaningful actions.
With 14-year journey, FPT members have embraced “living humanely” more actively, particularly on March 13th – FPT Community Day. From Community Support, Border Focus, Vitalizing the Source, Nurturing Dreams… Over 73,000 FPT members along with family, friends, and partners will be the source of potential seeds, nurturing love together to bloom millions of smiles; creating a vast “smile-sowing” community. If one of FPT’s “peaks” is aimed at millions of employees, then the “peak of love” for the corporation will be millions of smiles.
