FAM Summer Sport comes to the capital of Costa Rica
At the end of July, nearly 75 FAMers and their families from FAM ST11 in San José attended an outdoor gathering combined with the Summer Sport event to kick off this dynamic series of sports events in Latin America. The event took place at the green campus of Rancho Providencia, Heredia, Costa Rica.
At the beginning of the event, members participated in a vibrant cardio session to energize themselves for the following activities including jogging, volleyball, soccer, and many interesting games for both adults and children.

In addition, members compete in activities such as penalty kicks, volleyball, games that require precision and dexterity such as basketball, baseball, hammer-hitting, darts and Gladiator – a series of games with a typical Costa Rican carnival style.

Bringing out their energy and enthusiasm, FAMers continued to organize team games such as a three-legged race, a kite-building competition, and a hidden animal hunt. Ending with a BBQ party, the members enjoyed a relaxing weekend while improving their physical health, chatting, and strengthening their “team spirit” with their colleagues.
