The atmosphere of unity spreads at FINDIA 2026 Connection Day
Recently, the event “Celebrating Together – Employee Engagement Day” took place in a lively atmosphere, creating a space for FPT India (FINDIA) employees to connect, relax, and enjoy many memorable experiences.
On the afternoon of May 22nd, the “Celebrating Together – Employee Engagement Day” program attracted a large number of FINDIA-ers with a variety of activities. To kick things off, FINDIA CEO Raghuram Sunkara personally presented the 3-Year Contribution Award to acknowledge the efforts and contributions of team members. This was both an act of appreciation and a motivation for each individual to continue their journey with the collective.
Following this was a quiz competition, where participants enthusiastically took on interesting questions and received chocolates as prizes for correct answers. The vibrant and friendly atmosphere allowed everyone to interact, share, and understand each other better through team-building games.
The event concluded with a light party offering food and drinks, providing a relaxing space for employees to chat with colleagues. “Celebrating Together – Employee Engagement Day” was not only an occasion to show appreciation but also an opportunity for the FPT India family to strengthen bonds and create more beautiful memories together in a friendly and open working environment.
