During consultations, iTeleMate helps doctors focus on patient interaction without the need to stop and take notes, thanks to AI-powered multilingual transcription technology that supports languages like English, Spanish, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, and more. This feature ensures that no important information is missed, and healthcare professionals can revisit the content at any time.

After recording a Telehealth consultation, iTeleMate automatically generates clinical notes following the SOAP (Subjective – Objective – Assessment – Plan) format, and data is stored using the internationally standardized HL7 format. This ensures consistency and compatibility between different systems in healthcare, safeguarding the storage of medical records.

Applying the Continuous Learning Mechanism

The Continuous Learning Mechanism in iTeleMate plays a crucial role in improving the product’s performance and intelligence over time.
