Mr. Nguyen Bang Giang has been appointed as the Director of FVN
With nearly 20 years of experience in Sales and many outstanding achievements in his 10 years with FSOFT, Nguyễn Bằng Giang is expected by the leadership to lead FVN to achieve the ‘FVN125’ goal (100 million USD in revenue by 2025) and many further objectives.
Having been with FVN since the early days of joining FSOFT in 2014, Mr. Giang is a special Account Manager with a ‘simple but effective’ style. He has taken on many important roles in business development and selling FSOFT’s services/products along with other member companies of the FPT Group to the Vietnamese market.
As one of the pioneering salesmen in bringing the aka product chain (akaBot, akaMes, akaVerse, etc.) to the Vietnamese market, he not only achieved impressive sales but also was the only one to successfully sell all the entrusted products. In 2023, Mr. Giang contributed to bringing in 10.1 million USD in sales for FSOFT from the aka product line, doubling the set target.

One of Mr. Giang’s most notable successes was opening up cooperation opportunities with Techcombank by building an ODC with a scale of up to 500 engineers, bringing in 3.8 million USD/year in revenue for FSOFT. He also successfully managed major accounts such as TPBank, Honda Vietnam, and Vingroup, contributing steadily to revenue and stable employment for hundreds of employees at FSOFT.
Congratulating Mr. Giang on his new position, FSOFT President Chu Thị Thanh Hà shared: “FSOFT has reached out to the world since its early days and five years ago, we wanted to bring all the accumulated experience back to Vietnam. Therefore, FVN was born and has developed strongly in the fields of Banking, Manufacturing…I wish Giang will bring new, positive energy along with FVN to LEVEL UP.”
SEVP FSOFT Nguyễn Khải Hoàn said that during the 8 months of concurrently holding the position of FVN Director to find a suitable replacement, he found Mr. Giang to be an excellent leader. Mr. Giang made significant contributions to helping the unit double the growth of a single account compared to last year, reaching over 100 billion VND, bringing FVN to a new milestone in its development journey.
Taking on the new task, Mr. Giang expressed his gratitude for the trust and support of the Board of Directors and all units within FSOFT. “FVN will strive to achieve the FVN125 goal and other important objectives in the coming time,” he said.
At the beginning of 2024, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thùy Dương, former Director of FVN and Mr. Giang’s predecessor, was appointed as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of FPT Automotive (FA). FA is aiming to become a provider of software services and solutions for the global automotive industry, reaching 1 billion USD in revenue by 2030.”
