FVN is determined to ‘Break all limits, all-in for growth’ in 2022
Last year, with the efforts of the entire team, FVN was one of the three excellent business units that completed their set plan and had the highest revenue growth in FSOFT. In 2022, the unit will focus on in-depth development, with a target of 37% growth in revenue and 48% in profit, continuing to be in the Top OB with the highest growth rates and good profit contribution.
Vietnam is a new market for FSOFT, but it is a market with “hot” growth, so FVN is highly expected by FSOFT’s management. Next year, FVN will continue to exploit the fields/types of businesses with large investments for Digital Transformation such as Finance – Banking, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, FDI sector and focus on 3 projects – Cloud Transformation, Data Transformation, and akaSuite.
With that orientation, FVN has set out specific action strategies. Regarding the internal organization, with the specificity that customers in Vietnam are end-users, FVN is divided into 3 sales teams by industry. This will give AM the opportunity to learn deeply about the business expertise of each industry, grasp technology trends in the industry so that they can accompany and provide in-depth advice to customers. Working in groups will also help members exchange knowledge and “cover” each other when necessary. FVN also built a “Product Sales” group to focus on promoting products in akaSuite to the market.

Regarding partnership building, FVN will cooperate with internal consulting units such as FPT Digital Transformation Consulting Company, DXG, changing the way of doing things with big partners like MS, AWS. In addition, the specific goals for cooperation programs on Digital Transformation, Cloud, and Data consulting have initially had positive results, which are expected to bring mega deals to the unit.
Applying 5 principles of organization, operation, and building KPIs of FSOFT in 2022, FVN will focus on well implementing 3 commitments: sales growth of 37%, profit growth of 48%, development of 10 mega accounts, and 10% of sales coming from aka products.
On the occasion of the new year, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong – Director of FVN, sent a message to her associates: “Thank you all FVN brothers and sisters and delivery brothers who have accompanied FVN for a year full of difficulties and unexpected changes like 2021. The 4th wave of Covid has brought all activities to a halt but we – each person in each position, have tried our best to complete the tasks. In the new year, we have set bigger challenges, which will be both motivation and pressure for each person to ‘Break all limits, all-in for growth’. With the same determination, we will definitely make it!”
