FAM ST11: Small actions creating big impacts

To create a greener environment and make a positive impact on the community, FAM ST11 has launched a waste collection campaign at its offices in Costa Rica, Colombia, and Mexico. This is an important step towards the BAE Award, which belongs to BAE Systems – one of the world’s leading companies specializing in advanced defense, aerospace, and security solutions, focusing on technology.

In this campaign, FAM ST11 collected a total of 102 kg of waste, including cardboard, bottle caps, clothing, and plastic, for recycling. The goal of the campaign is not only to protect the ocean and reduce greenhouse gas emissions but also to support Fundicáncer, a community organization that collects bottle caps to fund treatments for children battling cancer or similar illnesses.

FAM ST11 continues its efforts to win the BAE Award, affirming its commitment to sustainability and innovation in the workplace. With a “One-team” spirit, every member of the unit works together to create a brighter future and make a positive impact on the community.
