Elevating HR services at FSOFT: SSC.HR officially merges with HRPR

Starting from January 1, 2025, the SSC.HR team will officially merge into the FSOFT Human Resource Policies & Rewards Department (HRPR), and will be renamed as HR Services. This marks a significant milestone in the specialization of HR services at FSOFT, optimizing resources and enhancing employee experience.

HR Services will be divided into regional units:

• North HR Services (NHR): Led by HRPR Head Nguyễn Vân Anh and HRPR Deputy Head Bùi Phương Anh.
• Central HR Services (CHR): Led by Central Region HR Head Lê Hồng Lĩnh.
• South HR Services (SHR): Led by Southern Region HR Head Tạ Thị Thúy Hà.

This change will not affect the HR services provided by HR Service compared to before, including: labor contract management (new hires, contract transfers, relocations, terminations); employee records management, work permits, mandatory insurance, personal and dependent tax codes, working hours, implementation of benefits such as FPT Care, health check-ups, vacations, FSOFT Stars, seniority gifts; income information management, rewards and discipline, as well as HR services for OBs.

With nearly 8 years of experience in HR at FSOFT Central, Trịnh Thị Phương Thanh (HRPR.CHR) shared: “This change does not significantly affect the team’s operations but rather brings new inspiration, as the team will have a completely new name that better reflects the roles, functions, and values we are continuously building. The team remains committed to providing HR services to FSOFT with the same 5-star service standards as before.”

Sharing the same view as Phương Thanh, Nguyễn Thị Thảo (HRPR.SHR) stated that the functions and persons in charge (PIC) at the sites remain unchanged. This ensures convenience and familiarity for FSOFTers when they need support. The HRPR CHR team is always ready to accompany and ensure that all FSOFTers’ needs are addressed quickly and efficiently.
