FPT Americas wraps up 2024 and welcomes Lunar New Year 2025 with offline sum-up events
Kicking off the new year with excitement and gratitude, FPT Americas (FAM) successfully organized a series of offline sum-up events in Dallas, Houston, Chicago, LA, Seattle, Quebec, Ontario, Detroit, Atlanta.
These gatherings were not only an opportunity to reflect on the outstanding achievements of 2024 but also a chance to honor individuals and teams who have made a significant IMPACT on the organization. Looking ahead to 2025, FAM aims to achieve USD 399 million in revenue, with 64 mega accounts projected to generate USD 331 million, accounting for 83% of the total revenue. To achieve this ambitious goal, every member must stay focused, embrace innovation, and continuously strive for excellence in every aspect of their work.
The offline sum-up events were more than just a year-end review—they also brought the warmth of Lunar New Year celebrations, allowing all employees to immerse themselves in a festive cultural experience. Everyone came together to enjoy traditional dishes, participate in vibrant performances, and exchange lucky red envelopes (lì xì)—a cherished tradition symbolizing good fortune for the new year. The event not only strengthened team spirit but also provided an opportunity for every FAMer to experience and appreciate the rich cultural traditions of the Lunar New Year.
