FSOFT Nha Trang celebrates its first anniversary

“Dynamic, Creative, Breakthrough” are the three words that Trương Hoàng Phúc, Director of FSOFT Nha Trang, uses to describe the branch. Looking back on 2024, from just over ten founding members, FSOFT Nha Trang has now grown to 150 employees, continuously expanding and asserting its position despite the many challenges faced in its early stages.

The Nha Trang branch is gradually becoming an attractive destination, regularly welcoming international delegations from Japan, Singapore, and South Korea. It has also established itself as a strategic partner for major corporations in the Finance and Insurance sector, including AIA, Symphony, and Standard Chartered. Entering its second year, FSOFT Nha Trang is determined to reach new heights alongside FSOFT, setting ambitious growth targets: expanding its workforce to 500 employees, establishing five production units, and securing five major “anchor” clients.

According to Trương Hoàng Phúc, over the next five years, FSOFT Nha Trang will play a key role in developing the FPT Technology Urban Area, also known as FPT City, in the Phước Đồng and Vĩnh Thái areas of Nha Trang. Spanning 50.6 hectares, this ambitious project will include an inter-level school system, an AI Research and Training Center, residential villas and townhouses, office spaces, and commercial zones, with a total projected investment exceeding 9,000 billion VND. This modern and sustainable urban model promises to provide an ideal living and working environment, enabling FSOFTers to maximize their potential and gradually realize their dream of settling down and thriving in FPT City Nha Trang.

Reflecting on the past year, Phúc shared that one of the biggest challenges has been attracting talent and strengthening the core workforce in Nha Trang. Determined to accelerate growth, FSOFT Nha Trang has implemented an aggressive recruitment strategy, offering attractive relocation and talent acquisition policies, forging strong partnerships with universities to recruit local talent, launching intensive training programs in technical skills and language proficiency, and strategically allocating resources to ensure steady and sustainable expansion.

Looking ahead to 2025, FSOFT will introduce new policies to enhance benefits and offer special incentives, including relocation support of up to 300 million VND per individual. This bold move reflects FSOFT Nha Trang’s commitment to attracting top tech talent, encouraging skilled professionals to relocate and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
