When every opportunity at FSOFT becomes a piece of personal growth
Following Tran Huong Ly’s (DCE.EX) schedule, many might wonder: How does she balance it all? A dynamic IVS Elite, a dedicated English teacher, a charismatic MC, and a relentless explorer of new experiences—seemingly distinct roles that come together as perfect pieces shaping Huong Ly at FSOFT.
Joining FSOFT as an Employee Experience Specialist (EX Elite), Ly found not just a job but opportunities to challenge herself. With a degree in Event Management, she longed for an environment that allowed both work and creativity. Becoming an Elite enabled her to push her boundaries—whether as an MC, a media content creator, or an organizer of internal events. “I don’t want to confine myself to a fixed role. Growth comes from daring to try and embracing challenges.”

Teaching English was another such experience. Before FSOFT, Ly had taught children but assumed it would remain just a memory as her new career took over. However, passion found its way back to her in an unexpected form. From a club member, she was fortunate to become an English instructor at LTI—FSOFT’s Language Training Institute.
This journey taught her that adapting doesn’t mean giving up; rather, it’s about integrating familiar values into new contexts. To make her classes more engaging, she actively incorporated AI into her teaching—personalizing lesson plans and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance pronunciation training. “AI helps me save time on lesson preparation and find the right materials for each student. But the key remains how I inspire them—making English feel less like a burden and more like an exciting skill.”
Wearing multiple hats, Ly gradually understood the essence of balance. But to her, balance isn’t about rigidly dividing time; it’s about maintaining energy in the most sustainable way. A spontaneous food tour with colleagues could be a stress reliever, just as a consistent workout routine helps her stay resilient. “I don’t draw a strict line between work and life. Everything contributes to personal growth.”

For Ly, success isn’t a fixed destination. Every opportunity she embraces and every skill she hones brings her closer to the version of herself she envisions. And at the heart of this journey is confidence—not the flashy kind, but the quiet strength to step into any role with certainty. “Confidence is the best fashion accessory”—this isn’t just an inspiring quote for Ly; it’s her guiding principle. Believing in oneself allows people to shine anywhere.
Looking ahead, Huong Ly aspires to push her limits further—advancing her expertise in event management while shaping English training programs with her unique touch. At the same time, she remains open to new roles at FSOFT, where every challenge is an opportunity to go even further.
